Position Summary:
As a Lead Developer for Colony Ridge, you will be responsible for mentorship and technical management of a small development team. You will participate in code review, collaborative design with business leaders and the software architect, and assist in testing, debugging and optimization.

Job Description:
The Survey Technician will assist Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparation, legal description, field work and computing survey points.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparation, legal description, and computing survey points
- Perform field work and crew management.

Job Description:
The Survey Party Chief is responsible for leading a field surveying team, ensuring accurate data collection using various instruments and software. Responsibilities include supervising and training crew members, performing calculations, reviewing plans, maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and producing accurate survey reports and drawings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate the activities of a survey field crew, providing guidance and training to junior technicians.
- Oversee and conduct construction staking, boundary surveys, control network establishment, GPS surveys, and as-built surveys.
- Set up and operate surveying instruments like total stations and GPS receivers.
- Collect and record field data accurately using data collectors.
- Perform mathematical calculations and ensure proper reduction of field notes.
- Maintain organized records of field notes, sketches, and data files.
- Ensure survey equipment is in proper working condition through regular inspection and calibration.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to protect the survey team and other workers on- site.
